I love fish!!!
This is some Buri (I don’t know how to say it in English!) that I made up in a foil wrap with a bit of white fish soup base with spinach, buna shimeji mushrooms, spinach, eggplant some salt and just a little butter…
God it was soooooo good! I cooked it just right, so the fish was PERFECT!

魚が大好き！！！
鰤です。（鰤は英語ではなんと言うか分かりませんが。。。）白出汁、塩とほんの少しのバターでぶなシメジ、茄子、とほうれん草をホイル焼きで作りました！もうほんまにうまかった！魚の焼き具合といい、完璧な仕上がりやった！
