Hello, everyone!

The Sochi Olympics has ended. During the past two weeks, I was happy to see many of you supporting Japan and the Japanese athletes! In the end, Japan came out with 1 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals. Many of you were very proud to see Yuzuru Hanyu win the gold medal in men's figure skating! Although many other athletes did not get a medal, every one gave their best efforts and that is very important to learn, whether it's in sports or it's in real life. Always do your best and battle any challenges that comes your way.

Although the Winter Olympics are finished, the Paralympics are about to begin! These athletes have physical disabilities, but like their fellow Olympians, they will do their best! So, it's important to support these athletes too!

Oh yeah... one more thing...

GOLD CANADA GOLD!!! Canada is #1 in ice hockey!!! :-)
