Hello, everyone!

Well, it's the end of the school year. It was quite an experience since I first came to this school in August. During this time, I met so many of you and I really enjoyed getting to know more about you! I hope I was able to help you gain more interest in learning English and foreign cultures - especially Canada!

Starting in April, you will advance to the next grade. I hope you continue to work and study hard, but at the same time have fun and appreciate all that this school has to offer!

So, I will end today's short blog with this...

１年１組・１年２組・２年５組の学級につきまして風邪・インフルエンザによる欠席者が多数います。本日、昼食終了後早退させ、１８日・１９日・２０日の全日を学級休業といたします。添付書類を参照してください。よろしくお願いいたします。

卒業証書授与式では、１人１人の思いが伝わる素晴らしい式でした。
高校生になっても、歌島中学校で学んだ気持ちを大切に
これからも邁進していただきたいです。

ご卒業おめでとうございます。

明日３月１４日に卒業式を迎えます。１・２年生から３年生に向けてのメッセージが、折り紙による文字で出されました。また１・２年委員長から３年委員長へ花束の贈呈もされました。素晴らしい卒業式になりますように。

式次第につきまして、卒業式当日体育館の入り口前にて配布させていただきます。
会場に入られる前に１部お取りくださいますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

Hello, everyone!

This message is especially made for the 3rd graders here at Utajima JHS.

Friday is the big day - it's graduation day! You get to move on and venture into new and exciting opportunities! Although it was a short time, it was great to have known and met you! Honestly, you were great students and I really enjoyed the time teaching and spending fun times together!

As you move forward to the next stage of your life journey, I want to say a couple of things:

1) Everything can be achieved if you dedicate yourself and work hard for your goals.
2) Don't be afraid to make mistakes - learn from them and you will become a better person.

Congratulations! Hopefully, we will see each other again in the near future. If you see me, feel free to say hello (mainly because I have a terrible memory and I might not remember you since I have never taught at a school with so many students... :P )!
