税情報を利用して就学援助の申請を希望される方は、申請期限までに「就学援助申請書兼世帯状況票」を、お子さまの通われている学校事務室までご提出ください。

If you wish to apply for school assistance using tax information, please submit the "School Assistance Application Form and Household Status Sheet" to the school office of your child’s school by the deadline.
