今日は訓練でしたが、実際に災害に見舞われた時はもっと過酷な状況下に置かれると思います。様々な訓練をとおして、子どもたちには、自分の命を守り、周りの人たちを助けられるようになって欲しいと思います。

Today was training, but I think it will be put under more severe conditions when it is actually hit by a disaster. I want children to be able to protect their lives and help the people around them through various trainings.

CPR(心配蘇生)訓練、段ボールベッドや簡易トイレの組み立ても行いました。

車いすの使用者が混乱しないように、注意すべきことを学び、実際に操作訓練を行いました。車いすの使用者目線にたたないと、分からないこともたくさんあります。

We learned what to be careful about so that wheelchair users wouldn't get confused, and actually conducted operation training. There are a lot of things you don't know if you don't look at the wheelchair user's point of view.

ロープは救助活動用、緊急脱出用、安全確保用などの使い道が挙げられます。その前提として、ロープの結び方や運用方法について学んでいます。

Ropes can be used for rescue operations, emergency escape, and safety. As a premise, I'm learning how to tie the rope and how to operate it.
