6年生は骨のもとになるカルシウムについて学習しました。体内のカルシウムは年を取ると減っていきます。若い時にたくさんカルシムを取っていると、減り方が少ないそうです。なので、今うちにたくさんカルシウムをとるため、どんな食べ物にカルシウムが多く含まれているかを学習しました。
