3月3日(月)給食献立![]() ![]() 高野豆腐とは、生の豆腐を凍らせて低温で熟成させ、水分を抜いて乾燥させた物で、名前の由来は、高野山の僧侶たちによって作られたからとも言われています。ビタミンDやカルシウム、タンパク質や脂質を多く含んており、イソフラボンは骨からカルシウムが溶けだすのを防ぐ役割があります。 高野豆腐の煮物には高野豆腐がつかわれています。柔らかく、昆布と削り節の汁がよくしみていて味がしっかりとついていました。 Pork shogayaki, miso soup, simmered freeze-dried tofu Freeze-dried tofu is made by freezing raw tofu, ripening it at low temperatures, removing the moisture, and drying it. Thank you for the meal. 2月27日(木)給食献立![]() ![]() デコポンは、ポンカンというオレンジの品種と、清見というオレンジの品種を掛け合わせてできた日本独自の品種です。不知火という品種の中でも日本の全国統一基準をクリアした特に高品質なものがデコポンとして認められます。ビタミンCとクエン酸を豊富に含んでおり、風邪予防や疲労軽減に効果があります。 本日のメニューにはデコポンが出ました。果汁が多く、オレンジ特有の酸味と甘みがありました。 Chicken and spinach stew, cabbage salad, dekopon Dekopon is a unique Japanese variety that was created by crossing an orange variety called Ponkan with an orange variety called Kiyomi.
