関東煮、キュウリの梅風味、とら豆の煮もの

虎豆はいんげんまめの仲間で、北海道では、同種の大福豆、別種のべにばないんげんである白花豆・紫花豆とともに、高級菜豆と呼ばれています。白地を基本としながら、へその周囲に濃黄褐色と淡黄褐色の斑紋が入っているのが特徴で、模様の入り具合が虎に似ていることから、虎豆と称されます。また、タンパク質やビタミンB群、カルシウムなどの栄養素を豊富に含んでおり、脂質も少ないので健康にいいとされています。

本日の給食ではとら豆の煮ものにとら豆が使われています。とら豆は甘く煮られており、デザートのような感じで食べられました。

Kanto-ni, cucumber with plum flavor, tiger bean stew

Tiger beans are a type of kidney bean, and in Hokkaido, along with the similar daifuku bean and the different red kidney beans, white and purple hanamame, they are called high-class green beans. They are basically white, but have dark and light yellowish brown markings around the navel, and are called tiger beans because the pattern resembles a tiger. They are also rich in nutrients such as protein, B vitamins, and calcium, and are low in fat, so they are said to be good for your health.

Today's school lunch used tiger beans in the stewed tiger beans. The tiger beans were boiled sweetly and eaten like a dessert.

本日の給食のメニューは卒業祝い献立となっています。あげどりのバーベキューソース、カレースープ、キャベツとコーンのサラダ、フルーツゼリーが出ました。今日の給食には６年生の卒業をお祝いする気持ちが込められています。

あげどりのバーベキューソースは甘辛く煮たソースがよく揚げられた鶏肉によくかかっていて、カレースープは野菜がたくさん入っていてとてもスパイシーで、フルーツゼリーは果物がたくさん入っていてとても甘みがあって美味でした。

６年生の皆さん、ご卒業おめでとうございます！

Today's school lunch menu was a graduation celebration menu. We had fried chicken with barbecue sauce, curry soup, cabbage and corn salad, and fruit jelly. Today's lunch was filled with the feeling of celebrating the graduation of the sixth graders.

The fried chicken with barbecue sauce was a sweet and spicy sauce that went perfectly with the deep-fried chicken, the curry soup was very spicy with lots of vegetables, and the fruit jelly was very sweet and delicious with lots of fruit.

豚肉の生姜焼き、みそ汁、高野豆腐の煮物

高野豆腐とは、生の豆腐を凍らせて低温で熟成させ、水分を抜いて乾燥させた物で、名前の由来は、高野山の僧侶たちによって作られたからとも言われています。ビタミンDやカルシウム、タンパク質や脂質を多く含んており、イソフラボンは骨からカルシウムが溶けだすのを防ぐ役割があります。

高野豆腐の煮物には高野豆腐がつかわれています。柔らかく、昆布と削り節の汁がよくしみていて味がしっかりとついていました。

Pork shogayaki, miso soup, simmered freeze-dried tofu

Freeze-dried tofu is made by freezing raw tofu, ripening it at low temperatures, removing the moisture, and drying it. It is said that the name comes from the fact that it was made by the monks of Mount Koya. It is rich in vitamin D, calcium, protein, and lipids, and isoflavones help prevent calcium from dissolving from the bones.

Freeze-dried tofu is used in the simmered freeze-dried tofu. It was soft, and the juices from the kelp and dried bonito flakes were well-absorbed, giving it a strong flavor.

読書感想文コンクール、地域の野球大会優勝、キックベースボール区長杯優勝と優秀な成績をおさめた子どもたちに校長先生から表彰等が渡されました。

毎朝、子どもたちの登校の安全を見守ってくださっている地域の「見守り隊」の方をお招きして、６年生が感謝の言葉を、学校長から感謝状をお渡ししました。

Todas as manhãs, os moradores locais que cuidam das crianças em segurança no caminho para a escola eram convidados para a escola, e os alunos do sexto ano faziam discursos de agradecimento e o diretor os presenteava com uma carta de agradecimento.
