鶏の竜田揚げ、五目汁、キャベツの梅風味

　
鶏の竜田揚げは外はサクサクで、鶏の肉汁が食べるとどんどんあふれて御飯が進みます。五目汁は削り節と昆布の合わせスープがおいしく、野菜がたくさん入っていました。キャベツの梅風味はキャベツは新鮮で、梅の酸味がありました。

The deep-fried chicken was crispy on the outside, and the chicken juices kept overflowing as I ate it, making me want to eat more rice. The mixed vegetable soup was a delicious combination of dried bonito flakes and kelp, and contained lots of vegetables. The cabbage with plum flavor was fresh and had the sourness of plums.

ビーフシチュー、ベーコンとさんどまめのソテー、みかん（缶）

ビーフシチューは牛肉は柔らかく、濃厚なソースの味と野菜の甘味がよく出ていて、ベーコンとさんどまめのソテーは食べやすく、程よい塩味が食欲をそそり、みかん（缶）はシロップの甘味とみかんの酸味がしっかりとついていました。

The beef stew had tender beef, a rich sauce and the sweetness of the vegetables. The sauteed bacon and sand beans were easy to eat and had just the right amount of saltiness to whet the appetite. The canned mandarin oranges had a nice balance of the sweetness of the syrup and the sourness of the mandarin oranges.

　今日は１年生との対面式でした。１年生は「よろしくお願いします」と大きな声で言うことができました。２年生から６年生の上級生は校歌を歌って歓迎しました。
　校長先生からは、２年生以上のお兄さん・お姉さんは１年生のお手本になりましょうとお話がありました。

ビビンバ、トック

ビビンバは韓国・朝鮮料理の一つです。丼にご飯と肉やナムルなどの具を入れて、よくかき混ぜて食べます。韓国語で「ビビンバ」のビビンは「混ぜ」、バッ(パッ)は「ご飯」を意味します。


今日のビビンバの具には、コチジャンで味付けしたひき肉と切り干し大根などで作ったナムルが使われています。豚ひき肉、牛ひき肉は甘辛くジューシーで、たくさんの野菜が入っておりとてもヘルシーな一品でした。

Bibimbap, Tteok

Bibimbap is a Korean dish. You put rice and ingredients such as meat and namul in a bowl and mix well before eating. In Korean, "bibimbap" means "mix" and "bap" means "rice."

Today's bibimbap ingredients include minced meat seasoned with gochujang and namul made from dried radish. The minced pork and beef were sweet, spicy, and juicy, and there were lots of vegetables, making it a very healthy dish.

　初めての学校生活、休み時間は他の学年と時間をずらして金曜日まで１年生だけで『外遊び』をしています。みんな元気にジャングルジムやのぼり棒、うんていなどで楽しく遊ぶことが出来ました。月曜日の対面式後は他の学年と同じように休み時間を過ごす予定です。
