マーボー豆腐、キュウリの中華和え、ツナとチンゲンサイの炒め物

マーボー豆腐は中国の代表的な四川料理の一つです。中国の四川省で誕生し、豆板醤という唐辛子みそを使うのが特徴です。タンパク質やビタミンB群、脂質などの栄養素を含んでいます。また、日本では定番の中華料理として食べられています。

本日の給食にはマーボー豆腐が登場しました。少し辛味があり、ひき肉の本来の味が損なわれずにしっかりとついていました。

Mabo tofu is one of China's representative Sichuan dishes. It was created in Sichuan Province, China, and is characterized by the use of chili paste called doubanjiang. It contains nutrients such as protein, B vitamins, and lipids. It is also eaten as a standard Chinese dish in Japan.

Mabo tofu appeared in today's school lunch. It was a little spicy, and the original flavor of the minced meat was well-seasoned without being overpowered.

今日は、６年生対象の全国学力学習状況調査を実施しています。
１時間目は国語のテストでしたが、全員集中して取り組んでおり、静かな教室内に鉛筆で字を書く音のみが聞こえていました。
２時間目は算数、３時間目は理科と、今日だけで３教科に取り組みますが、今まで勉強してきた成果を発揮してほしいと思います。

鶏の竜田揚げ、五目汁、キャベツの梅風味

　
鶏の竜田揚げは外はサクサクで、鶏の肉汁が食べるとどんどんあふれて御飯が進みます。五目汁は削り節と昆布の合わせスープがおいしく、野菜がたくさん入っていました。キャベツの梅風味はキャベツは新鮮で、梅の酸味がありました。

The deep-fried chicken was crispy on the outside, and the chicken juices kept overflowing as I ate it, making me want to eat more rice. The mixed vegetable soup was a delicious combination of dried bonito flakes and kelp, and contained lots of vegetables. The cabbage with plum flavor was fresh and had the sourness of plums.

ビーフシチュー、ベーコンとさんどまめのソテー、みかん（缶）

ビーフシチューは牛肉は柔らかく、濃厚なソースの味と野菜の甘味がよく出ていて、ベーコンとさんどまめのソテーは食べやすく、程よい塩味が食欲をそそり、みかん（缶）はシロップの甘味とみかんの酸味がしっかりとついていました。

The beef stew had tender beef, a rich sauce and the sweetness of the vegetables. The sauteed bacon and sand beans were easy to eat and had just the right amount of saltiness to whet the appetite. The canned mandarin oranges had a nice balance of the sweetness of the syrup and the sourness of the mandarin oranges.

　今日は１年生との対面式でした。１年生は「よろしくお願いします」と大きな声で言うことができました。２年生から６年生の上級生は校歌を歌って歓迎しました。
　校長先生からは、２年生以上のお兄さん・お姉さんは１年生のお手本になりましょうとお話がありました。
