じゃがいものミートグラタン、レタスのスープ、ソフト黒豆

じゃがいものミートグラタンはカリッとしていて、ひき肉とトマトケチャップやトマトピューレ、ウスターソースなどで作られたソースの味が濃厚でひき肉のうま味が口いっぱいに広がりました。レタスのスープはレタスがしゃきしゃきで鶏のスープがよく体にしみわたりました。ソフト黒豆は甘くて柔らかかったです。

The potato meat gratin was crispy, and the sauce made with minced meat, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, etc. was rich, and the umami of the minced meat spread throughout my mouth. The lettuce soup had crisp lettuce and the chicken soup was well absorbed into my body. The soft black beans were sweet and soft.

マグロのオーロラ煮、豚肉と野菜の煮物、キュウリの甘酢漬け

マグロのオーロラ煮はマグロにケチャップベースの甘辛いタレがかかっていて、御飯がよく進みました。豚肉と野菜の煮物は豚肉のうま味と野菜の甘味がしっかりと感じられる一品でした。キュウリの甘酢漬けはシャキシャキで重くない甘酸っぱいあっさりとした味でした。
ごちそうさまでした。

The Aurora-boiled tuna was topped with a ketchup-based sweet and spicy sauce, which went really well with rice. The simmered pork and vegetables were a dish that really brought out the umami of the pork and the sweetness of the vegetables. The pickled cucumbers were crunchy and had a light, sweet and sour taste that wasn't too heavy.

カレースープスパゲッティ、かぼちゃのマリネ焼き、ミニフィッシュ

カレースープスパゲッティはカレーの辛味がスープでまろやかになっていて、鶏のスープの味がしっかりとスパゲッティに絡んでいました。ミニフィッシュは小魚の味とポリポリっとした食感でスナック感覚で食べられました。かぼちゃのマリネ焼きは今年の給食の新メニューとなっています、ノンエッグドレッシングの酸味とかぼちゃの甘味が損なわれずに調和していました。洋風な給食のメニューでした。

Curry soup spaghetti, marinated grilled pumpkin, mini fish

The curry soup spaghetti had a mellow curry flavor, and the chicken soup flavor was firmly mixed into the spaghetti. The mini fish had a crunchy texture and tasted like a snack. The marinated grilled pumpkin was a new menu item for this year's school lunch, and the sourness of the non-egg dressing and the sweetness of the pumpkin were well balanced. It was a Western-style school lunch menu.

きんぴらちらし、五目汁、ちまき

ちまきは、米粉などで作った餅を笹の葉に包み、蒸して作る和菓子です。子供が元気に育ちますようにという願いが込められています。本日の給食のメニューは大阪市の子供の日の行事メニューです。

きんぴらちらしは豚肉のうま味と酢の酸味があり、とてもあっさりとした味でした。五目汁は野菜がたくさん入っていて、鰹節や昆布のスープの濃厚な優しい味が飲むたびにのどや鼻に感じられました。ちまきは餅っとしていて、すっきりとした甘さがありました。

Kinpira chirashi,Gomoku soup , Chimaki

Chimaki is a Japanese sweet made by wrapping rice flour and other mochi in bamboo leaves and steaming them. It is made with the wish that children will grow up healthy. Today's school lunch menu is the menu for Osaka City's Children's Day event.

The kinpira chirashi had a very light taste with the umami of pork and the sourness of vinegar. The Gomoku soup　had a lot of vegetables, and the rich and gentle taste of the soup made from bonito flakes and kelp was felt in my throat and nose every time I drank it. The chimaki was chewy and had a refreshing sweetness.

今日は今年度はじめての学習参観と学級懇談会でした。たくさんの保護者の方に来校していただきました。
子どもたちは少し緊張していましたが、はりきっていました。普段の学級でのがんばる姿を見ていただけたと思います。
教室に入るときは上履きになるものを持参していただくようお願いしていました。お忘れの方が多かったように見受けられましたので、次回からはお忘れないようにご協力お願いします。
