今日の集会は集会委員会が考えたクイズに答えるゲームでした。縦割り班のハローグループで丸くなって、一緒に答えを考えます。上級生が優しくリードしてくれたおかげで、みんなで穏やかに楽しく参加することができました。

本日の給食のメニューはミートソーススパゲティ、焼きかぼちゃ、カレーフィッシュというメニューでした。

ミートソーススパゲティは固めに塩ゆでされたパスタに肉のうま味が凝縮されたソースがよく絡んでおり、箸が進みました。焼きかぼちゃはかぼちゃの甘味が損なわれずに活かされていました。カレーフィッシュは魚の味とカレー風味がとても相性がよく、おいしくいただけました。

イタリアンな給食でした。

Today's school lunch menu consisted of meat sauce spaghetti, roasted pumpkin, and curry-flavored fish.

The meat sauce spaghetti featured firm, lightly salted pasta that was perfectly coated in a rich, savory meat sauce—so delicious it was hard to stop eating. The roasted pumpkin retained its natural sweetness, bringing out the best of its flavor. The curry-flavored fish offered a great combination of the fish's taste and the fragrant curry seasoning, making it a very enjoyable dish.

It was a school lunch with a touch of Italian flair.

かやくごはん、みそ汁、まっちゃういろう

関西では、五目ご飯のことをかやくご飯と呼びます。魚介類、肉類、野菜、豆類など様々な具材をかつおぶしと昆布のスープと一緒に入れて炊く料理です。今日のかやくご飯には、鶏肉、ちくわ、にんじん、さんどまめが入っています。

今日の給食にはかやくごはんが出ました。ご飯に出汁や醤油、鶏肉のうま味と風味が加わり絶品でした。

Kayaku Gohan, Miso Soup, and Matcha Uirō

In the Kansai region of Japan, kayaku gohan is the local name for what is commonly called five-ingredient rice. This dish is made by cooking rice together with a variety of ingredients such as seafood, meat, vegetables, and beans, all simmered in a light broth made from dried bonito and kelp.

Today’s kayaku gohan included chicken, fish cake, carrots, and green beans.

We had kayaku gohan for school lunch today. The rice absorbed the savory flavors of the broth, soy sauce, and chicken, making it incredibly tasty.

豚肉と野菜のカレースープ煮、変わりピザ、ミックスフルーツ（缶）

ピザはイタリアの料理です。伸ばした生地に具材をトッピングし、焼いて作ります。具材は作られるピザの種類によって違い、様々な種類のピザがあります。今日の給食の変わりピザは、餃子の皮に新登場の食品の乳なしチーズとツナ、コーン、ピーマン、ピザソースを混ぜ合わせた具をのせ、焼きもの機で焼いています。

本日の給食には変わりピザが登場しました、乳なしチーズの風味とツナとピザソースののうま味がしっかりと感じられる一品でした。

Today's unusual pizza is made by topping gyoza skins with a new ingredient of dairy-free cheese, tuna, corn, peppers, and pizza sauce, and baking it in a baking machine.

An unusual pizza appeared in today's school lunch, and it was a dish that really captured the flavor of the dairy-free cheese and the savory richness of the tuna and pizza sauce.

新体力テストが始まりました。火曜日はソフトボール投げでした。初めて挑戦する1年生も、がんばって投げていました。次は５０メートル走です。
