5月9日（金）給食献立
鶏肉とコーンのシチューは鶏肉のうま味とコーンや野菜の甘味が感じられ、バランスの良いまろやかな味わいになっていました。キャベツのひじきドレッシングはキャベツのシャキシャキとした食感とドレッシングの風味が食欲をそそり、スプーンが進みました。今年度初めてのかわちばんかんが出ました。オレンジとは違うグレープフルーツに似た酸味と甘みがありました。 Chicken and corn stew, cabbage with hijiki dressing, Kawachibankan The chicken and corn stew had a mellow, well-balanced flavor, with the savory richness of chicken complemented by the natural sweetness of corn and vegetables. The cabbage with hijiki dressing was refreshing, with its crisp texture and flavorful dressing stimulating the appetite—it was hard to stop eating. The season’s first Kawachibankan was also served. 今日の給食の献立にはにんじんしりしり風が新献立として登場しました。沖縄県の家庭料理の一つにニンジンしりしりーという料理があります。シリシリーとは、シリシリー器と呼ばれるおろし金を使い、すりおろしたニンジンをいため、卵でとじた料理のことです。 にんじんしりしり風はシャキシャキとした食感のにんじんにささみと鰹節の風味が程よく効いていました。 Taco rice, thick tofu and mozuku soup, carrot shirishiri Today's school lunch menu featured a new dish called carrot shirishiri. Carrot shirishiri is a home-cooked dish in Okinawa. Shirishiri is a dish made by grating carrots using a grater called a shirishiri ware, frying them, and combining them with eggs. ミネストローネとは、イタリア語で「具たくさん」という意味です。玉ねぎやニンジン、トマトなどの野菜がたくさん入ったスープのことを言います。使われる食材は、季節によって違い、たまねぎ、じゃがいも、にんじん、セロリ、キャベツ、ズッキーニなどの野菜やベーコン、パスタや米などをいれる場合もあります。 今日の給食にはミネストローネが出ました。野菜がたくさん入っており、スープの味とトマトの酸味が効いていました。 Tonkatsu, minestrone soup, Japanese pear (can) Minestrone means "lots of ingredients" in Italian. It is a soup with lots of vegetables such as onions, carrots, and tomatoes. The ingredients used vary depending on the season, and may include onions, potatoes, carrots, celery, cabbage, zucchini, and other vegetables, as well as bacon, pasta, and rice.
