朝のようす
すっかり秋めいてきました。
朝は雨も相まって肌寒いほどでした。
新生徒会役員が元気にあいさつをしてくれていました。
学年集会のメッセージ
きょうは曇天でしたが、「太陽のエネルギーがなくても前向きにがんばろう」という呼びかけがありました。
体育大会を終え、北稜での生活にも慣れてきて、学年全体がよい集団になってきた手ごたえがあります。
先週の集会では「周りに目を配ろう」という話がありました。
本当に気づけない人もいることを理解し、周囲を見て気にかけ、人の気持ちがわかる人になってほしいという願いが伝えられました。
数十年後の自分の姿を思い描き、どんな大人になりたいかを考えてみてください、とのメッセージもありました。
先生自身も中学生のころは人間関係で悩むことが多かったと振り返りつつ、合唱コンクールでピアノ伴奏を務めた思い出に触れました。
合唱コンクールに向けて
クラスがまとまり始めていると感じられます。
３年生は３回目ということもあり、取り組み方に気迫があります。
みなさんも段階的にできることが増えていきます。
ただし、一人だけが上達しても意味がありません。
クラス全員で成長していくことが大切です。
合唱コンクールは「コンクール」である以上、順位がつきます。
勝敗はつきますが、負けを経験することも人生の貴重な学びです。

グルーヴ感を意識し、心をそろえて歌いましょう。
審査は複数の観点で行われます（詳細は当日配布資料を参照してください）。
委員会からの連絡
情報委員会から、今月の目標は
「著作権を守る」であると発表がありました。
委員長会からは、クラスとしての意識を高めるスローガンが示されました。
日々の活動の中で実行に移していきましょう。

1st Grade Assembly Report (Autumn Vibes & Toward the Chorus Contest)
Morning Notes
It’s feeling fully like autumn.
With the morning rain, it was even a bit chilly.
The new Student Council officers were out front offering cheerful greetings.
Messages from the Assembly
Although the sky was overcast, we encouraged everyone to stay positive and give their best even without “energy from the sun.”
With the sports festival behind us, both students and staff are settling into life at Hokuryō, and the grade is beginning to feel like a strong, united group.
Last week’s theme was “be more aware of those around you.”
Some people genuinely do not notice things.
Please strive to be someone who looks around, cares for others, and understands how people feel.
We also asked everyone to imagine who they want to be decades from now and to think about the kind of adult they aspire to become.
The teacher recalled that, back in their own junior high days, they often struggled with friendships, though they do remember serving as piano accompanist for the chorus contest.
Toward the Chorus Contest
Classes are beginning to come together.
The 3rd graders, tackling it for the third time, show a different level of focus.
You, too, will be able to do more step by step.
However, progress by one person alone is not enough; the entire class needs to grow together.
Because it is a “contest,” rankings will be assigned.
Winning and losing are both valuable learning experiences in life.
Aim for a strong class groove and sing as one.
Judges evaluate from several perspectives (details will be provided in the handout).
Announcements from Committees
From the Information Committee: this month’s goal is “Respect Copyright.”
From the Committee Chairs’ Council: a slogan was announced to raise each class’s shared sense of purpose.
Let’s put these into action in our daily routines.
