ご飯、牛乳、中華丼、中華スープ、白桃（缶）

中華丼はピリ辛で、野菜がたくさん入っていました。中華スープはスープのうま味があり、鶏肉はよく煮込まれており、柔らかくなっていました。白桃（缶）はすっきりとした甘みがありました。

中華風献立でした。

The Chinese-style rice bowl was mildly spicy and contained lots of vegetables. The Chinese soup had a rich umami flavor, and the chicken was well simmered and tender. The canned white peaches had a refreshing sweetness.
It was a Chinese-style meal.

ミニコッペパン、牛乳、ウインナーときのこの和風スパゲッティー、焼きツナキャベツ、固形チーズ

ウインナーときのこの和風スパゲッティーはパスタにきのこのうま味がよく絡んでいました。焼きツナキャベツはキャベツはシャキシャキで、ツナの塩味が程よく合わさっていました。固形チーズはなめらかでクリーミーな味でした。

Mini bread roll, milk, sausage and mushroom Japanese-style spaghetti, stir-fried tuna with cabbage, and hard cheese.

The sausage and mushroom Japanese-style spaghetti had the mushroom flavor well blended into the pasta. The stir-fried tuna with cabbage had crisp cabbage, and the saltiness of the tuna was nicely balanced. The hard cheese was smooth and creamy in taste.

ご飯、牛乳、エビフライカレーライス、カリフラワーのピクルス、豆こんぶ

カリフラワーは11月〜３月が旬の野菜です。熊本県、茨城県、愛知県などでたくさん作られています。ビタミンCとカリウムを多く含んでおり、健康にいいとされています。

今日の給食にはカリフラワーのピクルスとして出ました。酸味があり、シャキシャキであっさりとしていました。

Cauliflower is a vegetable that is in season from November to March. It is widely grown in places such as Kumamoto, Ibaraki, and Aichi prefectures. Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C and potassium, and is considered good for your health.

In today’s school lunch, it was served as cauliflower pickles. They had a tangy flavor, were crunchy, and had a light, refreshing taste.

豚肉と野菜のスープ煮はスープのうま味があり、豚肉と野菜がたくさん入っていました。
変わりピザは生地はサクサクで、乳なしチーズの風味とピザソースの塩味が効いていました。みかんはすっきりとした甘みと酸味がありました。

The pork and vegetable soup was full of flavor, with plenty of pork and vegetables.
The special pizza had a crispy crust, and the dairy-free cheese and savory pizza sauce made a great combination.
The mandarin orange had a refreshing balance of sweetness and tartness.

１１月１０日月曜日に「いのちの授業」がありました。
赤ちゃん親子さんが６組きてくれました。５年生の子どもたちは、「生まれてくるいのちの大切さ」「赤ちゃんが生まれるまでの大変さ」を体験や話の中で感じました。
