赤魚の醤油だれかけ、みそ汁、ひじきの炒め煮

ひじきは昆布やわかめと同じ海藻の仲間です。骨や歯を強くするカルシウムや、おなかの調子を整える食物繊維、鉄分などがたくさん含まれています。ひじきを使う郷土料理として山梨県にはじゃがいもとひじきの煮物があります。

本日はひじきの炒め煮として出ました。醤油の塩味とひじきの香りが口いっぱいに広がりました。

Red Fish with Soy Sauce Glaze, Miso Soup, and Stir-Fried Hijiki

Hijiki is a type of seaweed, similar to kombu and wakame. It is rich in calcium, which helps build strong bones and teeth, as well as dietary fiber for digestive health and iron, which is important for blood.

Hijiki is used in various traditional Japanese dishes. In Yamanashi Prefecture, for example, there's a local recipe that combines hijiki with potatoes in a simmered dish.

Today, we enjoyed hijiki as a stir-fried side dish. The savory soy sauce seasoning and the distinctive aroma of hijiki spread warmly throughout the mouth.

豚丼、キュウリのかつお梅風味、白玉団子

豚丼は野菜がたくさん入っており、豚の脂の甘みと鰹節のスープのうま味がご飯にしみ込んでいました。キュウリのかつお梅風味は梅の酸味があり、あっさりと食べられました。白玉団子は餅っとしていて、きな粉の甘味がとてもよくあっていました。
日本らしい、丼のメニューでした。

Pork bowl, cucumber with bonito plum flavor, shiratama dumplings

The pork bowl was filled with lots of vegetables, and the sweetness of the pork fat and the rich savory flavor of the bonito broth soaked into the rice. The cucumber with bonito plum flavor had a sour plum taste and was light to eat. The shiratama dumplings were chewy and went very well with the sweetness of the soybean flour.
It was a typical Japanese rice bowl menu.

今日の集会は、金曜日に開催するゲームランドのゲームコーナーの宣伝でした。各学級でゲームを考えて、お客さんを楽しませます。ゲームコーナーには、縦割り班のハローグループで回ります。どちらも仲間の協力なしにはうまくいきません。今週は、学習もがんばりつつ、このゲームランドを成功させるべく、みんなで盛り上がっていく一週間になりそうです。

ウインナーのケチャップソース、スープ、焼きツナキャベツ

ウインナーソーセージは、豚や牛のひき肉を使って作られる太さが20ミリメートル未満のものを指します。20ミリメートル以上36ミリメートル未満のものは、フランクフルトソーセージと呼ばれます。

今日の給食にはウインナーソーセージが出ました。肉のうま味とケチャップソースの酸味が合わさり、美味でした。

Wiener sausages are made from ground pork or beef and are defined as sausages with a diameter of less than 20 millimeters. Sausages between 20 and 36 millimeters in diameter are referred to as frankfurter sausages.

Today's school lunch included wiener sausages. The savory flavor of the meat combined with the tangy ketchup sauce made for a delicious dish.
