今日は今年度はじめての学習参観と学級懇談会でした。たくさんの保護者の方に来校していただきました。
子どもたちは少し緊張していましたが、はりきっていました。普段の学級でのがんばる姿を見ていただけたと思います。
教室に入るときは上履きになるものを持参していただくようお願いしていました。お忘れの方が多かったように見受けられましたので、次回からはお忘れないようにご協力お願いします。

豚肉のしょうが焼き,とうふのみそ汁,じゃこピーマン

豚肉の生姜焼きは豚肉にしょうがの辛味が効いたソースがよく馴染んでいました。豆腐の味噌汁は豆腐や玉ねぎ、にんじん、キャベツなどの野菜が入っていて、味噌の味と昆布と鰹節のスープのうま味が効いたやさしい味でした。じゃこピーマンは塩気があり、ピーマンは食感はシャキッとしていて、味はあっさりですがしっかりしていて、満足感のある味わいでした。
ごちそうさまでした。


Ginger pork, tofu miso soup, baby sardine and green peppers

The pork ginger pork went well with the spicy ginger sauce. The tofu miso soup contained tofu, onions, carrots, cabbage and other vegetables, and had a mild taste with the flavor of miso and the umami of the soup made from kelp and bonito flakes. The baby sardine and green peppers were salty, the green peppers had a crisp texture, and the taste was light but solid, leaving me with a satisfying taste.

焼きそば、キュウリのしょうが漬け、あまなつかん

あまなつかんは夏みかんの突然変異種として大分県津久見市で発見された3月〜5月が旬のオレンジです。夏みかんと比べて食べやすく、あまずっぱい味が特徴です。ビタミンC、クエン酸、カリウム、食物繊維を含んでおり、健康にいいとされています。

今日の給食にはあまなつかんが登場しました。新鮮で、甘く、すこし酸味がありました。

Fried noodles, pickled cucumbers with ginger, amanatsukan

Amanatsukan is a mutant summer orange discovered in Tsukumi City, Oita Prefecture, that is in season from March to May. It is easier to eat than summer oranges, and has a sweet and sour taste. It contains vitamin C, citric acid, potassium, and dietary fiber, and is considered to be good for your health.

Amanatsukan appeared in today's school lunch. It was fresh, sweet, and slightly sour.

鶏肉とジャガイモの煮物、あつあげの醤油ダレかけ、紅ざけそぼろ

鶏肉とジャガイモの煮物は鶏肉は柔らかく、じゃがいもはホクホクで野菜がたくさん入っていました。あつあげの醤油ダレかけはあつあげは厚く、甘じょっぱい醤油たれで御飯がよく進みました。紅鮭そぼろはサケの風味に程よい塩味がありました。

Simmered chicken and potatoes, deep-fried tofu with soy sauce, minced sockeye salmon

The simmered chicken and potatoes had tender chicken, fluffy potatoes, and lots of vegetables. The deep-fried tofu with soy sauce was thick and went well with rice, with a sweet and salty soy sauce. The minced sockeye salmon had a salmon flavor with just the right amount of saltiness.
