初めて鉛筆を持つ学習をしました。銀色の『魔法のえんぴつ』でゆっくりと『かたつむりのスピード』いろいろな線で運筆を練習しました。これからどんどん字を学習していきます。励ましの言葉をお家でもお願いします。

　３時間目の体育の時間に『名前順並び』と『背の順並び』を練習しました。
いろいろ場所を変えて「集合」の掛け声にみんなで声をかけながらペアを探して並んでいました。とっても上手に並べていました。

豚肉のガーリック焼き、スープ、ツナとキャベツのソテー

本日の給食は豚肉のガーリック焼き、スープ、ツナとキャベツのソテーとスタミナが付くメニューでした。豚肉のガーリック焼きはこんがり焼かれた豚肉にニンニクの風味が香り、スープは野菜と鶏肉がたっぷり入っていてとてもヘルシー、ツナとキャベツのソテーはツナの脂がキャベツによく移っていました。
ごちそうさまでした。

Garlic-grilled pork, soup, sauteed tuna and cabbage

Today's school lunch was a stamina-boosting menu of garlic-grilled pork, soup, and sauteed tuna and cabbage. The garlic-grilled pork had a fragrant garlic flavor with the browned pork, the soup was very healthy with plenty of vegetables and chicken, and the sauteed tuna and cabbage had the fat from the tuna transferred well to the cabbage.

焼き鳥、みそ汁、もやしのゆずの香あえ

本日の給食は焼き鳥、みそ汁、もやしのゆずの香あえというメニュー内容でした。焼き鳥はジューシーな鶏肉に砂糖、みりん、濃い口しょうゆなどを合わせた甘辛いタレが食欲をそそり、ごはんがよく進みました。みそ汁は野菜がたくさん入っていて、味噌がスープによく混ざっていて、いい味が出ていました。もやしのゆずの香あえはあっさりしていてすこし酸味があり、食べやすい味でした。素材の良さが光る和の献立でした。

Yakitori, miso soup, bean sprouts with yuzu aroma

Today's school lunch menu consisted of yakitori, miso soup, and bean sprouts with yuzu aroma. The yakitori was made with juicy chicken meat and a sweet and spicy sauce made from sugar, mirin, and strong soy sauce, which was very appetizing and went well with rice. The miso soup had lots of vegetables and the miso was well mixed into the soup, giving it a good flavor. The bean sprouts with yuzu aroma were light and slightly sour, making them easy to eat. It was a Japanese menu that highlighted the quality of the ingredients.

本日第一回目の給食のメニューはカツカレーライス、フルーツゼリーです。

とんかつは、明治時代に日本で流行したコートレットがルーツの日本の洋食料理です。最初は牛肉などを使用していましたが、やがて1904年〜1905年に牛肉が高騰すると代わりに豚肉を使ったポークカツレツが登場し、それを箸で食べる日本独自のスタイルへと進化させたのがとんかつです。豚肉はタンパク質を多く含んでおり、健康な体をつくる働きがあります。日本で有名なものに愛知県の味噌カツなどがあります。
本日は1年生の入学祝献立です。1年生の皆さん！ご入学おめでとうございます！


本日のメニューのカツカレーライスにはカレーの他に一口サイズのとんかつがトッピングとして出ました。外はサクサク、中はジューシーでとても満足感がありました。

Today's first school lunch menu is pork cutlet curry rice and fruit jelly.

Tonkatsu is a Western-style Japanese dish that originated from the côtelette that was popular in Japan during the Meiji period. At first, it was made with beef, but when the price of beef rose sharply in 1904-1905, pork cutlets using pork instead appeared, and it evolved into a uniquely Japanese style of eating it with chopsticks, which is called tonkatsu. Pork contains a lot of protein and helps to build a healthy body. A famous example in Japan is miso katsu from Aichi Prefecture.

Today's menu is a celebration of the entrance of first graders. First graders! Congratulations on your entrance!

Today's menu, pork cutlet curry rice, was topped with bite-sized pork cutlets in addition to curry. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and very satisfying.
