『あべのハルカス』に到着しました。天候が良かったので、大阪市全域がはっきり、くっきり見えました。

　今日、晴天に恵まれた中、３年生のみんなで『環状線一周の旅』をした後『あべのハルカス』へ社会科見学に行ってきました。
　まずは環状線に乗りました。電車内から見える景色を見たり、各駅で流れる音楽に耳を澄ませて聴いたりしました。

鶏肉とかぼちゃのシチュー、ミックス海藻サラダ、オレンジ

鶏肉とかぼちゃのシチューは鶏肉はやわらかく、ルウは口当たりなめらかで濃厚な味わいでした。ミックス海藻サラダは海藻と野菜がたくさん入っており、ドレッシングもあっさりとしていました。オレンジはオレンジ特有の甘みとさわやかな酸味がありました。

The chicken and pumpkin stew had tender chicken and a smooth, rich flavor. The mixed seaweed salad had lots of seaweed and vegetables, and the dressing was light. The orange had a sweetness and refreshing acidity that is unique to oranges.

マーボー春雨、チンゲンサイともやしの甘酢あえ、炒り黒豆

春雨は、中国で昔から食べられている食べ物です。緑豆という豆やじゃがいも、さつまいもなどのデンプンから作られています。大阪市の給食では、じゃがいものデンプンから作られた春雨が使われています。

今日の給食にはマーボー春雨として出ました。春雨はつるつる、甘辛く味付けされたひき肉のうま味がよく出ていました。

Mapo Harusame (Spicy Glass Noodles), Sweet-and-Sour Vegetables with Bok Choy and Bean Sprouts, and Roasted Black Soybeans

Harusame, or glass noodles, have been eaten in China since long ago. They are made from starches such as mung beans, potatoes, or sweet potatoes. In Osaka City school lunches, we use harusame made from potato starch.

Today, the harusame was served as Mapo Harusame, a dish with glass noodles mixed with ground meat in a sweet and spicy sauce. The noodles were smooth and slippery, and the meat sauce gave the dish a rich, savory flavor.

豚肉の梅風味焼き、五目汁、さんどまめの胡麻和え

豚肉の梅風味焼きは、梅の酸味が豚肉とよく合っていて、さっぱりと食べることができました。五目汁は野菜がたっぷり入っていて、昆布と鰹節のだしのうま味がしっかり感じられました。さんどまめの胡麻和えは、シャキシャキのさんどまめにごまの風味がよく効いていました。

あっさりとした、梅雨の時期にぴったりな和食のメニューでした。

Grilled Pork with Ume Flavor, Gomoku Soup, and Sandomame with Sesame Dressing

The grilled pork with ume (Japanese plum) had a refreshing taste, with the tartness of the ume pairing well with the richness of the pork.
The gomoku soup was full of vegetables, and the umami from the kombu and bonito broth came through nicely.
The sandomame with sesame dressing had a pleasant crunch, and the rich aroma of sesame complemented it perfectly.

It was a light and refreshing Japanese meal—perfect for the rainy season.
