ウインナーのケチャップソース、スープ、焼きかぼちゃ

ウインナーのケチャップソースはウインナーの塩味とケチャップベースのソースの酸味があっていました。スープは野菜がたくさん入っていて、鶏スープのうま味が効いていました。焼きかぼちゃはカリカリに焼き上げられていて、かぼちゃの甘味がありました。

秋のメニューでした。

Sausages with Ketchup Sauce, Soup, and Roasted Pumpkin

The sausages with ketchup sauce had a nice balance between the saltiness of the sausages and the tanginess of the ketchup-based sauce. The soup was filled with vegetables and had a rich chicken broth flavor. The roasted pumpkin was crispy on the outside and brought out the natural sweetness of the pumpkin.

It was an autumn-themed menu.

酢豚、中華ミソスープ、抹茶大豆

酢豚は下味をつけて一度揚げた角切りの豚肉を、甘酢あんに絡めて野菜と炒めて作る中華料理です。酢豚は日本独自の呼び方で、中国ではグーラオロウやタンツゥロウなどと呼ばれます。中国だけではなく、日本でも広く食べられています。

今日の給食には酢豚が出ました。豚肉のうま味に甘酸っぱいソースが合わさって御飯が進みました。

Sweet and Sour Pork, Chinese Miso Soup, Matcha Soybeans

Sweet and sour pork is a Chinese dish made by first seasoning and deep-frying cubes of pork, then stir-frying them with vegetables in a tangy sweet-and-sour sauce. In Japan, the dish is known as "Subuta," but in China, it goes by names such as Gulaorou or Tangculi. It's enjoyed not only in China but also widely in Japan.

Today’s school lunch included sweet and sour pork. The rich flavor of the pork combined with the sweet and tangy sauce made it a perfect match with rice.

カレーマカロニグラタン、豚肉と野菜のスープ、みかん（缶）

カレーマカロニグラタンはカリカリでカレーの辛味がパンとよく合っていました。豚肉と野菜のスープは鶏のスープに豚肉のうま味が合わさっていて、野菜もたっぷり入っていました。みかん（缶）はみかん特有の酸味がありました。

上品な洋食のメニューでした。

Curry macaroni gratin, pork and vegetable soup, canned mandarin oranges

The curry macaroni gratin was crispy, and the spiciness of the curry paired well with the bread. The pork and vegetable soup blended chicken broth with the deep, savory flavor of pork and was filled with plenty of vegetables. The canned mandarin oranges had the distinctive tanginess characteristic of mandarins.

It was a refined Western-style meal.

鶏肉の照り焼き、冬瓜の味噌汁、ナスのそぼろ炒め

鶏肉の照り焼きは鶏肉はやわらかく、醤油の風味が良く御飯が進みました。冬瓜の味噌汁は味噌のスープがとてもまろやかで、冬瓜やニンジン、エノキタケなどの野菜が入っておりました。ナスのそぼろ炒めはナスにひき肉のうま味が染みていました。

Teriyaki Chicken, Winter Melon Miso Soup, and Stir-fried Eggplant with Minced Meat

The teriyaki chicken was tender and had a nice soy sauce flavor, making it perfect for eating with rice. The winter melon miso soup had a very mellow miso broth and included vegetables like winter melon, carrots, and enoki mushrooms. The stir-fried eggplant with minced meat was infused with the savory flavor of the minced meat.
