チキンレバーカツはサクサクで香辛料が効いていて、食べやすい一品でした。ケチャップには野菜がたくさん入っており、ケチャップの酸味がありました。キャベツのバジル風味サラダはシャキシャキで、バジルの風味を感じました。

The chicken liver cutlet was crispy, well-seasoned with spices, and easy to eat. The ketchup stew was packed with vegetables and had the tangy flavor of ketchup. The basil-flavored cabbage salad was crunchy and had a noticeable basil aroma.

鮭の醤油だれかけ、五目汁、高野豆腐の炒り煮

鮭には様々な種類があり、旬も様々です。特に秋鮭と呼ばれる種類は秋に旬を迎える種類として知られています。焼き魚にして食べられるほか、北海道では鮭を冷凍し、解凍せずそのまま食べるルイベや、鮭と野菜を味噌と一緒に焼いて食べる鮭のちゃんちゃん焼きという料理があります。

今日の給食には鮭の醤油だれかけとして出ました。鮭のうま味に醤油の塩気がありました。

There are various types of salmon, each with its own season. Among them, aki-zake (autumn salmon) is known for being in season during the fall. In addition to being eaten grilled, salmon is enjoyed in different regional dishes. In Hokkaido, for example, there's ruibe, a dish where frozen salmon is eaten raw without thawing, and chan-chan yaki, in which salmon is grilled with vegetables and miso.

Today's school lunch featured salmon with a soy sauce glaze. The rich flavor of the salmon was complemented by the savory saltiness of the soy sauce.

阪神電車の出前授業がありました。

阪神尼崎駅の駅長さんが
色々な話をして下さいました。

阪神電車で働く人の話や電車の乗り方など
クイズを交えて楽しく学習しました。

チキンカレーライスは少し辛味があり、鶏肉のうま味と野菜の甘味が引き立っていました。キャベツとコーンのサラダはシャキシャキで酸味があり、あっさりとした味でした。ミニフィッシュはカリカリとした食感で、魚本来の風味が楽しめました。

スパイスの効いた西洋風メニューでした。
