Three of the students were entered into the Japan National Children`s regional cuisine Summit (Sponsored by MAFF). One dish was selected to represent of the Kinki region. `Kansaifu Shiromiso Zoni`. She cooked using Suita Kuwai and Tenma vegetables which are traditional vegetables from Osaka.
