マグロのオーロラ煮、豚肉と野菜の煮物、キュウリの甘酢漬け

マグロのオーロラ煮はマグロにケチャップベースの甘辛いタレがかかっていて、御飯がよく進みました。豚肉と野菜の煮物は豚肉のうま味と野菜の甘味がしっかりと感じられる一品でした。キュウリの甘酢漬けはシャキシャキで重くない甘酸っぱいあっさりとした味でした。

The Aurora-boiled tuna was topped with a ketchup-based sweet and spicy sauce, which went really well with rice. The simmered pork and vegetables were a dish that really brought out the umami of the pork and the sweetness of the vegetables. The pickled cucumbers were crunchy and had a light, sweet and sour taste that wasn't too heavy.
