とんかつ、ミネストローネ、和なし（缶）

ミネストローネとは、イタリア語で「具たくさん」という意味です。玉ねぎやニンジン、トマトなどの野菜がたくさん入ったスープのことを言います。使われる食材は、季節によって違い、たまねぎ、じゃがいも、にんじん、セロリ、キャベツ、ズッキーニなどの野菜やベーコン、パスタや米などをいれる場合もあります。

今日の給食にはミネストローネが出ました。野菜がたくさん入っており、スープの味とトマトの酸味が効いていました。
