豚丼、キュウリのかつお梅風味、白玉団子

豚丼は野菜がたくさん入っており、豚の脂の甘みと鰹節のスープのうま味がご飯にしみ込んでいました。キュウリのかつお梅風味は梅の酸味があり、あっさりと食べられました。白玉団子は餅っとしていて、きな粉の甘味がとてもよくあっていました。
日本らしい、丼のメニューでした。

The pork bowl was filled with lots of vegetables, and the sweetness of the pork fat and the rich savory flavor of the bonito broth soaked into the rice. The cucumber with bonito plum flavor had a sour plum taste and was light to eat. The shiratama dumplings were chewy and went very well with the sweetness of the soybean flour.
It was a typical Japanese rice bowl menu.
