夏野菜のカレーライス、サワーソテー、洋ナシ（缶）

ナスはインド原産の7月から9月が旬の夏野菜です。漬物やマーボーナスなど様々な料理にされます。ナスの中でも馬場ナスや貝塚さわなす、鳥飼ナスという種類はなにわの伝統野菜に指定されています。

本日の給食には夏野菜カレーライスにナスが使われています。野菜がたくさん入っており、カレールーはとろみがあり、スパイシーでした。

Eggplant is a summer vegetable originally from India, and its peak season is from July to September. It is used in a variety of dishes such as pickles and mapo eggplant. Among the many types of eggplants, Baba-nasu, Kaizuka Sawanasu, and Torikai-nasu are recognized as Naniwa's traditional vegetables in Osaka.

Today's lunch includes summer vegetable curry rice featuring eggplant. The curry contains plenty of vegetables, has a thick texture, and is spicy.
