酢豚、中華ミソスープ、抹茶大豆
酢豚は下味をつけて一度揚げた角切りの豚肉を、甘酢あんに絡めて野菜と炒めて作る中華料理です。酢豚は日本独自の呼び方で、中国ではグーラオロウやタンツゥロウなどと呼ばれます。中国だけではなく、日本でも広く食べられています。
今日の給食には酢豚が出ました。豚肉のうま味に甘酸っぱいソースが合わさって御飯が進みました。
Sweet and Sour Pork, Chinese Miso Soup, Matcha Soybeans
Sweet and sour pork is a Chinese dish made by first seasoning and deep-frying cubes of pork, then stir-frying them with vegetables in a tangy sweet-and-sour sauce. In Japan, the dish is known as "Subuta," but in China, it goes by names such as Gulaorou or Tangculi. It's enjoyed not only in China but also widely in Japan.
Today’s school lunch included sweet and sour pork. The rich flavor of the pork combined with the sweet and tangy sauce made it a perfect match with rice.
