　Summer Time

　Summer is a great time in Japan. It is the time to go to the beach and enjoy eating watermelons. It is a time to take a break from school and enjoy fireworks. Best of all, it is a time to go outdoors and enjoy nature. My favorite thing to do during summer time is going to the beach or swimming in the pool. What is your favorite thing to do during summer?

　日本の夏は素晴らしい時期（とき）だ。ビーチに行ってスイカを楽しむ時期。学校から離れて花火を楽しむ時期。何よりも外に出て自然を楽しむ時期だ。僕が夏にやりたいことはビーチに行くことかプールで泳ぐこと。あなたは夏の間に何がしたいですか。
