　「3 Days Cold 4 Days Warm」
　I just learned of the term sankan shion. It means that the weather is three days cold and four days warm. This cycle will continue until spring weather arrives. This unstable weather makes it easy to get sick. It has been so cold lately that it snowed yesterday and today. Even when it’s sunny it still snowed. The cold wind also makes it feel colder than it really is.

　「三寒四温」
　私は“三寒四温”という言い方を学んだところだ。それは、三日間寒くて四日間暖かい日が続くことを意味し、この周期は春になるまで続く。この不安定な天候では体調を崩しやすい。最近では、とても寒い日が続いて、昨日も今日も雪が降った。晴れている時でさも雪が降った。また冷たい風により、実際よりも寒く感じる。
