　It is now November and it is starting to get cooler, and I miss central heating already. In a previous journal I wrote about central air conditioning in my house in the USA. It keeps the whole house cool in the summer. It can also keep the whole house warm in the winter. This is called central heating. When I came to Japan many years ago I was very surprised by how cold it was without central heating in your house. I was very cold during my first winter in Japan, until I started wearing heat tech under my clothes. Now I start wearing heat tech on November 1st every year, and now I am not cold anymore.
