　During winter vacation I bought a new pair of shoes. However, they are a bit troublesome because they have shoelaces. People in Japan often take their shoes off when they are inside buildings or in special rooms. So I have to take my shoes off and put them back on many times each day. It is very troublesome to tie and untie my shoes so many times. Slip-on shoes that don’t have shoelaces are much more convenient in Japan.
