生徒たちは、自分たちの健康や社会全体の健康を守るために、なぜ感染症の知識が必要なのかを真剣に考えていました。
感染症が広がる仕組みを理解した上で、次に考えるのは「私たちにできる予防策」です。
手洗い・うがいやマスクの着用、適切な換気、規則正しい生活など、これらの予防策が、単に自分自身の健康を守るだけでなく、他者への感染を防ぐという重要な役割も持っています。生徒たちは「自分の行動が、周りの人の健康にも影響するんだ」ということを再認識したようです。

In the third-year health class, students are learning about how infectious diseases spread as part of the unit on "Healthy Living and Disease Prevention." They've been seriously considering why knowledge of infectious diseases is essential for protecting their own health and the health of the community.
After understanding how diseases spread, the next step is to think about the preventative measures we can take. Things like washing hands, gargling, wearing masks, ensuring proper ventilation, and maintaining a regular lifestyle aren't just about protecting our own health. They also play a crucial role in preventing the spread of infection to others. The students seemed to realize that their actions can also impact the health of those around them.
