さて、この度、先日行われました体育大会において、やむを得ない事情により出場を見送りました2年生のみを対象とした体育大会を、下記のとおり実施することとなりました。生徒たちが日頃の練習の成果を発揮し、仲間と協力して体育大会をやり遂げる貴重な機会となります。つきましては、お忙しいところ恐縮ですが、保護者の皆様におかれましても、生徒たちへの温かいご声援をいただけますようお願い申しあげます。

ご来場についてのお願い
保護者の皆様は、13:05以降に所定の受付にお越しください。その際、保護者証を忘れないようにお願いいたします。
当日が雨天等で実施困難な場合は、当日10:00までに学校ホームページおよびミマモルメにてお知らせいたします。

Dear Parents/Guardians of 2nd Year Students,
We hope this message finds you in good health and prosperity. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding and cooperation with our school's educational activities.
We are writing to inform you that we will be holding a special Sports Day (Athletic Meet) for the 2nd-year students who, due to unavoidable circumstances, were unable to participate in the recent Sports Day. This event will be held as detailed below. This is a valuable opportunity for the students to demonstrate the results of their daily practice and to complete the Sports Day in cooperation with their classmates.
We apologize for the inconvenience to your busy schedule, but we kindly ask all parents/guardians to attend and offer your warm encouragement and cheers to the students.

Request Regarding Your Attendance
Parents/Guardians are requested to come to the designated reception area after 13:05.
Please do not forget your Parent/Guardian ID Card when you come to the reception.
In the event that the event must be postponed due to rain or other difficult conditions on the day, an announcement will be made on the school website and via Mimamorume (school communication system) by 10:00 AM on the day of the event.
