豆腐のミートグラタン、はっさく、じゃがいもと野菜のスープ

はっさくは、江戸時代に広島県尾道市の因島で偶然発見された種類のオレンジです。クネンボとブンタンというオレンジの雑種であることがわかっています。ビタミンCやクエン酸、カリウム、カルシウムを含んでおり、健康にいいとされています。

今日の給食にははっさくが出ました。爽やかな酸味と甘みがありました。
ごちそうさまでした。

Tofu meat gratin, hassaku, potato and vegetable soup

Hassaku is a type of orange that was discovered by chance on Innoshima Island in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture during the Edo period. It is known to be a hybrid of the kunenbo and buntan oranges. It contains vitamin C, citric acid, potassium, and calcium, and is said to be good for your health.

Hassaku was served for lunch today. It had a refreshing sourness and sweetness.
