焼き鳥、みそ汁、もやしのゆずの香あえ

本日の給食は焼き鳥、みそ汁、もやしのゆずの香あえというメニュー内容でした。焼き鳥はジューシーな鶏肉に砂糖、みりん、濃い口しょうゆなどを合わせた甘辛いタレが食欲をそそり、ごはんがよく進みました。みそ汁は野菜がたくさん入っていて、味噌がスープによく混ざっていて、いい味が出ていました。もやしのゆずの香あえはあっさりしていてすこし酸味があり、食べやすい味でした。素材の良さが光る和の献立でした。
