マーボー春雨、チンゲンサイともやしの甘酢あえ、炒り黒豆

春雨は、中国で昔から食べられている食べ物です。緑豆という豆やじゃがいも、さつまいもなどのデンプンから作られています。大阪市の給食では、じゃがいものデンプンから作られた春雨が使われています。

今日の給食にはマーボー春雨として出ました。春雨はつるつる、甘辛く味付けされたひき肉のうま味がよく出ていました。

Mapo Harusame (Spicy Glass Noodles), Sweet-and-Sour Vegetables with Bok Choy and Bean Sprouts, and Roasted Black Soybeans

Harusame, or glass noodles, have been eaten in China since long ago. They are made from starches such as mung beans, potatoes, or sweet potatoes. In Osaka City school lunches, we use harusame made from potato starch.

Today, the harusame was served as Mapo Harusame, a dish with glass noodles mixed with ground meat in a sweet and spicy sauce. The noodles were smooth and slippery, and the meat sauce gave the dish a rich, savory flavor.
