黒糖パン、牛乳、タンタンメン、キャベツの甘酢漬け、おさつチップス

担々麺は、中国の料理です。昔中国で天秤棒という道具を用いて食材や道具を担ぎ、運び売られていたことからその名がついたそうです。

今日の給食には担々麵が出ました。麺はツルツルで、スープのうま味に肉みその辛味が効いていました。

Tantanmen is a Chinese dish. It is said that the name comes from the way it was originally sold in China — vendors carried their ingredients and tools using a shoulder pole called a "tianpinbou" (carrying pole).

Tantanmen was served for today's school lunch. The noodles were smooth and chewy, and the flavorful broth was enhanced by the spicy minced meat topping.
