オーロラ煮という名前は、南極などの空に現れる、朝焼けのような赤い色をしたオーロラから付けられました。今日は、まぐろを油で揚げて、ケチャップと赤みそ、砂糖を混ぜて作ったたれを絡めたマグロのオーロラ煮として出ます。

まぐろは柔らかく、ケチャップの酸味と赤みそのうま味がよく効いていました。

Today, we are serving Aurora-style tuna stew, which is made by deep-frying tuna and coating it with a sauce made from ketchup, red miso, and sugar.

The tuna is tender, and the tanginess of the ketchup pairs perfectly with the rich and savory flavor of the red miso.
