豚肉のごまみそ焼きは、豚肉とピーマンを、練りごま、濃い口しょうゆ、赤みそ、いりごまで下味をつけて、オーブンで焼いています。
ふきよせ煮とは、秋風に吹き寄せられた落ち葉や木の実に見立てて、旬の食材を彩りよく盛り合わせた煮もののことです。
今日もおいしくいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。

The grilled pork with sesame miso is made with pork and green peppers seasoned with sesame paste, soy sauce, red miso, and toasted sesame seeds, and then baked in the oven.
“Fukiyose-ni” is a traditional Japanese simmered dish inspired by autumn leaves and nuts gathered together by the wind. Seasonal ingredients are cooked and arranged colorfully to express the beauty of autumn.
