餃子は薄い皮で肉や野菜などの具を包んで加熱した中国の料理です。日本でも広く親しまれており、中国は水餃子、日本は焼き餃子が主流です。

今日の給食には揚げ餃子が出ました。皮はぱりぱりしており、ひき肉と野菜のうま味がありました。

Today's school lunch included fried dumplings. The skin was crispy, and the filling of minced meat and vegetables was flavorful.
