☆プルコギ☆

　「プルコギ」は、韓国・朝鮮の料理です。「プル」は「火」、「コギ」は「肉」という意味で、合わせて「火で焼いた肉」という意味になります。

　プルコギは、しょうゆベースで甘口の下味を付けた牛肉を、プルコギ専用に鍋で、野菜と一緒に焼いて作ります。「韓国風すき焼き」とも呼ばれています。

☆Bulgogi☆
