　ジューシーは、沖縄県で昔から食べられてきた料理の一つです。ジューシーは、炊き込みご飯風の「クファジューシー」と、雑炊風の「ヤファラジューシー」の２種類があります。今日の給食は、炊き込みご飯風の「クファジューシー」です。豚ひき肉、にんじん、むきえだまめ、もずく、切りこんぶなどを使用しています。ご飯と具を混ぜて食べましょう。

☆About *Juicy*☆

*Juicy* is a traditional dish from Okinawa Prefecture. There are two main types: *kufa-juicy*, which is similar to a mixed rice dish (*takikomi gohan*), and *yafara-juicy*, which is more like a rice porridge (*zosui*). Today’s school lunch features the *kufa-juicy* (mixed rice) version. It contains ingredients such as ground pork, carrots, shelled edamame, *mozuku* seaweed, and shredded *konbu* (kelp). Please mix the rice and the other ingredients together before eating!
