　ドリアは、味の付いたご飯にホワイトソースをかけて、オーブンで焼いた料理です。「ライスグラタン」とも呼ばれます。給食では、米、鶏肉、たまねぎ、グリンピースを使用し、カレールウの素（米粉）やウスターソースで味付けした「カレードリア」が出ます。

☆Doria☆

Doria is a dish made by topping seasoned rice with white sauce and baking it in the oven; it is also known as "rice gratin." For today's school lunch, we are serving "curry doria," made with rice, chicken, onions, and green peas, and seasoned with curry roux (using rice flour) and Worcestershire sauce.
