☆オクラ☆

　オクラの原産地はアフリカ東北部で、エジプトでは古い時代から食べられていました。切り口が星のような形をした緑色のものがよく出回っていますが、丸い形のものもあります。

☆Okra☆

Okra originated in northeastern Africa and has been eaten in Egypt since ancient times. While the green variety with a star-shaped cross-section is the most common, round varieties also exist.
