　なすは、栽培方法や品種、生産地域を工夫することで、一年中収穫することができます。

　なにわの伝統野菜に「鳥飼なす」があります。大阪府摂津市鳥飼地区で作られている丸い形のなすです。

One of the traditional vegetables of the Naniwa region is the "Torikai eggplant." It is a round eggplant grown in the Torikai district of Settsu City, Osaka Prefecture.
