今日的午餐（肉酱意大利面）

今天的午餐是孩子们超人气的"肉酱意大利面"。

番茄的酸味与肉的鲜香充分交融，是经典的人气菜单。

今天的菜单如下。

或许有人会觉得"只有意大利面，碳水会不会太多了？"，不过菜单中还搭配了肉酱里的肉、发酵乳、牛奶、南瓜等食材，红、黄、绿三色食材均衡地登场。

今天令人欣喜的是， 二年二班 的配餐速度。

他们在全年级中最先完成准备，响起了元气满满的"我开动了！"的声音。

在三年级的教室里，还能看到把面包挖空、再把意大利面塞进去吃的同学。

孩子们寻找着属于自己的美味吃法，看着这样的身影，不由得感到一阵温暖。

烹饪员、配餐员，今天也谢谢你们为我们准备的美味午餐。

明天的午餐也很令人期待呢。

Today's School Lunch (Spaghetti with Meat Sauce)

Today's school lunch was a longtime favorite among our students: spaghetti with meat sauce.

The tangy tomato and rich, savory meat blend together beautifully in this classic crowd-pleaser.

Here is today's menu.

・"Spaghetti with Meat Sauce" (contains wheat) ・"Roasted Pumpkin with Sweet Syrup" ・"Imokenpi Fish" (candied sweet potato sticks with small fish) ・Cultured Milk Drink ・Milk

The gently sweet roasted pumpkin paired with the crunchy imokenpi fish added lovely accents of sweetness and texture to the hearty main dish, making for a lively and varied plate.

It seems that, no matter the era, meat sauce never fails to win the hearts of children.

Some might wonder, "Isn't a plate of spaghetti a bit heavy on carbohydrates?" — but today's menu also included meat in the sauce, cultured milk, milk, and pumpkin, bringing together red, yellow, and green food groups in a well-balanced way.

One especially pleasing moment today came from Class 2-2 , who were the quickest in their grade to finish setting up lunch, and their cheerful "Itadakimasu!" rang through the room.

Over in the third-year classrooms, some students were hollowing out their bread rolls and stuffing them with spaghetti — finding their own unique way to enjoy the meal.

Watching them discover their own delicious styles of eating brought a warm smile to our day.

To our kitchen staff and serving staff — thank you, as always, for today's wonderful lunch.

We're already looking forward to tomorrow's meal.
