今日的午餐（回鍋肉）

今天的午餐是中式菜單。

首先，有一件事要向大家道歉。

在之前的午餐日記中，我們曾提到「已經巡訪完所有班級」，但經過確認後發現，「一年五班」和「三年五班」尚未介紹。

讓大家久等了，真的非常抱歉。

從今天起，我們會再次用心地把每一班的樣子分享給大家。

今天的菜單如下。

・「回鍋肉」 ・「中華湯」 ・「厚揚豆腐淋微辣醬油」 ・「白飯」 ・「牛奶」

主角是融合了高麗菜的甘甜與肉香的「回鍋肉」。

蔬菜色彩柔和的「中華湯」，能讓口中清爽舒適。

「厚揚豆腐淋微辣醬油」外皮香脆、內裡鬆軟，微辣的醬汁和白飯非常相配。

主菜、副菜、湯品、主食、牛奶，整體搭配色彩豐富、營養均衡。

今天我們造訪的是「一年五班」。

這是本校唯一位於五樓的普通教室。

每天上下樓雖然有點辛苦，但從窗戶望出去的景色堪稱「絕景」。

綠樹的另一頭是延伸開來的街景，教室彷彿成了一處小小的觀景台。

配膳的動作十分俐落，大家就位後一起精神飽滿地說了「いただきます（我開動了）」。

在沉穩的氛圍中，學生們愉快地享用著餐點。

調理員與配膳員，今天也謝謝你們為我們準備了美味的午餐。

期待明天的午餐喔。

Today's School Lunch (Hoikoro – Twice-Cooked Pork)

Today's school lunch had a Chinese-style theme.

But first, an apology.

In our previous lunch diary entries, we mentioned that we had visited every class in the school. After checking, however, we realized that Class 1-5 and Class 3-5 had not yet been featured.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait.

From here on, we'll take care to share each remaining class with you, one by one.

Here is today's menu.

・"Hoikoro" (Twice-Cooked Pork) ・"Chinese-style Soup" ・"Atsuage (Thick Fried Tofu) with Slightly Spicy Soy Sauce" ・"Steamed Rice" ・"Milk"

The star of the meal was the "Hoikoro," where the sweetness of cabbage met the rich flavor of pork.

The "Chinese-style Soup," with its gentle palette of vegetables, gave the mouth a refreshing reset.

The "Atsuage with Slightly Spicy Soy Sauce" was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, with a lightly piquant sauce that paired wonderfully with the rice.

Main dish, side dish, soup, staple food, and milk — a colorful and well-balanced combination.

Today we visited Class 1-5.

It is the only regular classroom in our school located on the fifth floor.

The daily climb up and down can be a bit tiring, but in return, the view from the windows is truly stunning.

Beyond the green trees, the cityscape stretches into the distance, making the classroom feel like a small observation deck.

Serving went smoothly, and once everyone was ready, the class said a cheerful "Itadakimasu."

In a calm, comfortable atmosphere, the students enjoyed their meal with happy expressions.

To our kitchen staff and serving staff — thank you for another delicious lunch today.

We're already looking forward to tomorrow's meal.
