一楼多功能教室和四楼家政缝纫教室改建为普通教室的工程已经开始
从9月15日（星期二）起，东校舍"一楼多功能教室"和"四楼家政缝纫教室"改建为普通教室的工程正式开始。这项工程是为了应对下学年起班级数量的增加，预计于2027年2月26日（星期五）完工。
走进一楼的多功能教室看一看，熟悉的景象已经完全变了样。隔断等已经拆除，地板上摆放着各种材料，教室变成了一个空荡荡的宽敞空间。这是大家熟悉的房间，难免有些不舍，但一想到这里将焕然一新，成为新的教室，就已经开始期待了。
在四楼，家政缝纫教室一侧的走廊上立起了一整排黄色板材的"临时围挡"。平时的走廊显得窄了一些，让人感受到校舍里的工程也已经开始了。
接下来的一段时间里，会听到施工的声音，也会有工程车辆进出，学校生活会和平时有些不同。给同学们带来不便，但施工过程中会充分注意安全。学校也会时常提醒学生不要靠近施工现场。如果家长们也能在家里聊聊这件事，我们将十分感谢。

Work Begins to Convert the Multipurpose Room (1F) and Sewing Room (4F) into Classrooms
Since Tuesday 15 September, work has been fully under way to convert the Multipurpose Room (1F) and the Sewing Room (4F) in the East Building into regular classrooms. The work will prepare the school for more classes from next school year, and it is due to finish by Friday 26 February 2027.
The Multipurpose Room now looks very different from the room we all know. The partitions have been taken down, materials are laid out across the floor, and the room has become a wide, empty space. It is a little sad to see such a familiar room like this, but we are already looking forward to seeing it become a new classroom.
On the fourth floor, a row of yellow temporary hoarding panels now runs along the corridor on the Sewing Room side. The corridor feels a little narrower than usual, and it is clear that the work has started inside the school building too.
For a while, school life will be a little different, with the sound of the work and construction vehicles coming and going. We are sorry for the inconvenience to our students, and the work will be carried out with close attention to safety. We will keep reminding students to stay away from the work areas, and we would be grateful if families could talk about this at home too.
