2nd Grade Assembly Report (Ahead of the Chorus Contest)
Morning Scene
This morning, the new Student Council officers once again offered cheerful greetings.
Because many classes are doing early-morning chorus practice, the usual arrival time felt a bit less crowded than normal.
Message from the Grade Director
At the sports festival, we fired everyone up with loud shouts of “Wasshoi!”
For the chorus contest, singing with a big, full voice will convey how hard you’re working.
In the mass chorus, we hope you’ll captivate families with the power of your sound.
Vocal Guidance (Band Director)
We practiced in a seating layout just like the real performance.
Voices can be hard to project first thing in the morning, but don’t give up because of that.
Focus on opening your mouth wide and enunciating each syllable clearly.
Aim for singing that moves parents to feel your growth.
Over time, we want you to sing with the same impact at the graduation ceremony as well.
Mass Chorus
We closed with a full-group run-through.
The blend and resonance were excellent—truly a wonderful sound.
We’re even more excited for the real performance.
