“唐扬鸡”在月末登场,果然人气爆棚。
腌料只有姜汁、蒜、盐、胡椒,做法朴素却格外好吃——或许正因为切成一口大小,受热均匀,外壳更香脆、肉汁也被很好地锁住。
火腿蔬菜中式汤咸度柔和,蔬菜的甜味渗出;拌豆芽与玉米清爽脆口,配面包、牛奶都很搭。
今天在 1-1 班(研究授业后)探访用餐。大家配餐有序,迅速齐声说“我开动了!”一起开饭。

Our ever-popular karaage made a month-end appearance.
The marinade was as simple as ginger juice, garlic, salt, and pepper—yet the flavor was outstanding. Cutting the chicken into bite-size pieces likely helped: even cooking, a crisp crust, and juicy meat.
The ham-and-vegetable soup had a gentle seasoning with natural vegetable sweetness, while the bean sprout & corn side was crisp and refreshing.
After the research lesson, I visited Class 1-1. Serving was smooth and cooperative, and soon a cheerful “Itadakimasu!” filled the room.
